摘要
巴勒斯坦和以色列以及其所在的中东地区因丰富的油气资源和独特的地理位置占据全球能源地缘的枢纽地位.目前爆发的巴以冲突备受全球瞩目,文章分析了巴以冲突引发的油气价格不稳定、供给不确定和运输不安全等因素对中东和国际能源安全造成的影响.面对巴以冲突爆发后中东和国际能源安全的新局面,中国积极推动巴以停火和中东和平进程,重视提升中国能源安全保障意识和能力,加速中国能源绿色低碳转型的步伐.
Abstract
Palestine and Israel,as well as the Middle East region where they are located,occupy a pivotal position in the global energy geopolitics due to their rich hydrocarbon resources and unique geographical location.Currently,the outbreak of Israeli-Palestinian conflict has attracted global attention.The impact of Israeli-Palestinian conflict on the Middle East and international energy security was analyzed in the aspects of the unstable oil and gas prices,uncertain supply and insecure transportation triggered by it.In the face of the new situation of the Middle East and international energy security after the outbreak of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict,China has been actively promoting the Israeli-Palestinian ceasefire and the Middle East peace process,attaching importance to enhancing China's energy security awareness and capacity,and accelerating the pace of China's green and low-carbon energy transformation.
