供应链优化模型在合成树脂供应链优化中的应用

大型石化企业的合成树脂供应链涉及多个环节,各自均按照自身需求开展运营工作.为了实现供应链整体目标的优化,采用供应链优化软件搭建了供应链优化模型,涵盖了需求、采购、生产、存储、运输等环节.基于该模型,以整体收益最大化为目标,优化需求、采购、生产、运输等各项决策,模型优化决策结果满足生产与需求的平衡、采购与生产的平衡、生产与运输的平衡.对于专有产品,模型优先排产毛利更大的需求;对于共用牌号产品,模型均衡产能和毛利,选择最合适的生产线和排产量.供应链优化模型为整合供应链的各个管理环节提供了整体数学模型和优化方案.
Application of SCP Model in Optimization of Synthetic Resin Supply Chain
The synthetic resin supply chain of large petrochemical enterprises involves multiple management units,which run respective business according to their own needs.In order to achieve the optimal overall goal of the supply chain,a supply chain optimization model was built with supply chain optimization software,covering demand,procurement,production,storage and transportation.The optimization results met the balance between production and demand,between procurement and production,between production and transportation.For special brands,the model prioritizes the demand with higher gross profit.For shared brands,the model selects the most appropriate production line and output according to the balances between production capacity and gross profit.The supply chain optimization model provided an overall mathematical model and optimization plan for integrating multiple management units of supply chain.
