Effects of Hydrogen Source on Performance and Plant Efficiency of Toluene Disproportionation Catalyst
Toluene disproportionation and alkyl transfer technology plays an important role in the utilization of inferior resources and the adjustment of aromatic resource structure. The effects of hydrogen source type on the reaction performance and economic benefits of HAT-199 novel toluene disproportionation and alkyl transfer catalyst were investigated. The results show that the replacement of the replenishment hydrogen of toluene disproportionation and alkyl transfer unit from pipeline hydrogen to ethylene hydrogen can effectively improve the reaction performance of the catalyst, which not only provide guidance for the adjustment of the performance and benefit of the disproportionation unit, but also provide reference for the control of impurities during the use of the disproportionation catalyst, and bring obvious economic benefits to the unit.
