摘要
通过分类阐述二甲基甲酰胺萃取法丁二烯抽提装置运行中各类聚合物的生成及影响因素,结合装置长周期运行经验,提出行之有效的聚合抑制对策,对同类装置具有一定的参考价值.
Abstract
The formation and influencing factors of various polymers in the operation of dimethylformamide(DMF)butadiene extraction unit were described by classification.Combined with the long cycle operation experience of the unit,effective countermeasures for inhibiting polymerization were put forward,which has certain reference value for similar devices.
