摘要
大体积混凝土结构在施工和使用过程中受物理、化学和力学等因素作用,会出现各种变形,进而产生裂缝,影响观感及质量,严重时会影响混凝土的耐久性.文章以T-104罐本质安全环保隐患治理项目30 000 m3储罐基础为例,通过对大体积混凝土施工过程中混凝土原材料选用、配合比控制、浇筑顺序、养护、降温等一系列施工过程的管控,提高了混凝土结构抗裂、防渗漏等性能,保证了混凝土结构的稳定性和耐久性.
Abstract
Various kinds of deformation and cracks thereafter often appear in mass concrete structure in the process of construction and use due to the effects of physical,chemical and mechanical factors,which affects the appearance and quality,and even the durability of concrete.Taking the foundation of 30 000 m3 storage tank in the T-104 tank essential safety and environmental protection hidden danger management project as an example,through adopting a series of construction technology and quality control measures in selection of raw materials,control of mix ratio,sequence of placement,maintenance,and cooling of concrete during the construction of mass concrete,the properties of crack resistance and leakage prevention of concrete structure are improved,and the stability and durability of concrete structure are ensured.
