摘要

在运行中发现苯乙烯装置Incoloy800HT管线材质劣化,对母材打磨后发现蠕变孔洞损伤及奥氏体晶界有碳化物析出现象,在其他部位的金相组织中均发现蠕变孔洞及蠕变裂纹.文章针对上述问题开展了管道材料的研究分析,并采取了改进措施,使管道得以安全运行.

Abstract

The material deterioration of Incoloy 800HT pipeline in the styrene unit was found during operation.After grinding the base material,creep hole damage and carbonization at the austenite grain boundary were found,and creep holes and creep cracks were found in the metallographic structure of other parts.In view of the above problems,research and analysis of pipeline materials were conducted,and improvement measures were taken to ensure the safe running of pipeline.
