摘要
废酸再生装置采用湿法硫酸再生工艺,为烷基化装置提供再生硫酸.废酸再生装置开工以来多次因腐蚀问题停工检修,文章回顾了历次检修情况,对发生的故障进行汇总,通过对故障原因的分析总结及腐蚀机理分析,提出针对性的优化预防措施,延长装置的运行周期.
Abstract
The waste acid regenerating plant adopts the wet sulfuric acid regenerating process to provide regenerated sulfuric acid as catalyst for the alkylation plant.The waste acid regenerating plant has been shut down for maintenance due to corrosion problems for many times since being launched.The situations of previous maintenances were reviewed,the failures occurred were summarized,and optimization and prevention measures were proposed to improve the operation cycle of the plant based on the analysis and summary of the causes of failures and the analysis of corrosion mechanism.
