摘要
上海赛科石油化工有限责任公司烯烃工厂有500多台透平、压缩机、风机、泵等各类转动设备.文章以案例的形式对设备运行周期各类转动设备出现的故障原因进行了分析,并采用一系列先进管理系统和技术解决相应的问题,从而提高了转动设备的机械完整性和运行可靠性,确保装置安全、连续、长周期运转.
Abstract
The Olefin plant of Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Company Limited has more than 500 sets of turbines,compressors,fans,pumps and other rotating equipment.The failure causes of various kinds of rotating equipment in the running period of equipment were analyzed in the form of cases.A series of advanced management systems and new technologies were adopted to solve the corresponding problems,so as to improve the mechanical integrity and operation reliability of the rotating equipment,and ensure the safe,continuous and long cycleoperation of the equipment.
