摘要
某石油化工企业自备电厂4号汽轮发电机组大修后启动,机组冲转至全速3 000 r/min时,4#轴瓦水平振动位移值突增.通过分析振动频谱图可知,引起故障的主要原因为发电机转子存在质量不平衡.经过现场动平衡,并加固轴承座与台板间的连接刚度,使得整个轴系振动位移值降至30 μm以下,减振效果明显,保证了机组的长周期平稳运行.
Abstract
After the seventh overhaul of the No.4 turbine generator unit of a self-owned power plant in a petrochemical enterprise,the horizontal vibration displacement value of the 4# bearing shell suddenly increases when the unit is rushed to the full speed of 3 000 r/min.Through analysis of vibration spectrum diagram,it is concluded that the main cause of the fault is the mass imbalance of the generator rotor.Through on-site dynamic balancing and strengthening the connection stiffness between the bearing seat and the platform,the vibration displacement value of the whole shafting is reduced to less than 30 μm,and the vibration reduction effect is obvious,ensuring the long-term stable operation of the unit.
