Optimization Analysis of Crude Oil Procurement and Transportation for Yichang Refinery Enterprises
With the increasingly personalized demand for crude oil procurement,transportation and processing in recent years,the current integrated mode of procurement and transportation has been unable to meet the needs of enterprises along the Yangtze River.The limitation of crude oil purchase varieties,the problem of pipeline coordination and distribution,the bottleneck of sequential transportation,the limitation of crude oil processing for defense value,and the lack of precision distribution and transportation facilities have become the obstacles for Yichang refinery enterprises to pursue the goal of minimum cost and maximum benefit.This paper introduces the current situation of the crude oil purchasing and transportation mode of the Yichang refinery enterprises,analyzes the existing difficulties and obstacles to the future development of the enterprise,and puts forward the corresponding optimization measures.
