The application of standardized template of framework agreement bidding scheme in the framework agreement procurement of petrochemical enterprises was described.Based on sorting and summarization of the bidding documents in the past three years,the common parts of various categories of bidding documents are extracted and solidified in the context of the submission process of bidding documents,and the framework agreement bidding scheme template is prepared.The template covers the business scenarios of open bidding,invitation bidding and so on,which improves the accuracy,standardization and operability of the submission of framework agreement bidding scheme.
