含氰化氢炭化废气处理工艺研究

使用三区直燃式焚烧炉处理碳纤维生产过程中的炭化废气,并探讨了还原区温度、氧化区温度、炉膛压力等工艺参数对HCN处理效率的影响.研究结果表明:提高还原区、氧化区温度,控制炉膛压力有助于提高HCN的处理效率,控制较低的氧体积分数可以抑制NOx生成,炭化废气经三区直燃式焚烧炉处理后,HCN的质量浓度小于1.9 mg/m3,达到《大气污染物综合排放标准》(DB 31/993-2015)的要求.
Study on Treatment Technology of Carbonized Waste Gas Containing Hydrogen Cyanide
The carbonization waste gas in the carbon fiber production process was treated using a three zone direct combustion incinerator,and the effects of processes parameters such as reduction zone temperature,oxidation zone temperature,and furnace pressure on the treatment efficiency of hydrogen cyanide(HCN)were discussed.The results show that increasing the temperature of the reduction and oxidation zones and controlling the furnace pressure can help improve the HCN treatment efficiency,controlling a relatively low oxygen volume fraction can restrain the formation of NOx.After being treated by the three-zone direct burning incinerator,the mass concentration of HCN in carbonized waste gas is less than 1.9 mg/m3,meeting the requirements of the Comprehensive Emission Standard for Air Pollutants(DB 31/993-2015).
