摘要

分析某重油催化裂化装置汽油辛烷值趋势,结合装置原料性质、操作条件、催化剂性质,得出原料性质显著影响催化汽油研究法辛烷值的结论.当催化原料中的石蜡基比例大于20%时,汽油研究法辛烷值易低于91.5;当通过终止剂喷嘴回炼直馏汽油时,汽油研究法辛烷值会降低,直馏汽油回炼量达到10 t/h时,催化汽油研究法辛烷值降低1个单位.通过对催化汽油研究法辛烷值的分析,为全厂的吨油加工利润、回炼污油的效益和汽油调和成本测算提供了数据支持.

Abstract

The trend of gasoline octane number(RON)in RFCC was analyzed.Combining with the properties of the unit's feed,operating conditions,and catalyst,it is concluded that the properties of the unit's feed significantly affect the RON.When the proportion of paraffin base in the FCC feed is greater than 20%,the RON is prone to be lower than 91.5.When refining straight run gasoline through the termination nozzle,the RON will decrease.When the refining flow of straight run gasoline reaches 10 t/h,the octane number of catalytic gasoline decreases by one unit.Based on analysis of the octane number of the FCC gasoline,data is provided for the calculation of the profit of processing per ton of oil,the benefits of refining waste oil,and the cost of gasoline blending in the entire plant.
