摘要

针对某自备热电厂一起汽轮机突发振动故障,通过故障现象、振动趋势和振动频谱分析,确认突发故障是由叶片断裂引起,并进一步分析了叶片断裂的原因.根据汽轮机需要尽快恢复生产的现状,通过方案对比,选定叶片对称割短的处理方案,方案实施后取得了良好的效果.

Abstract

Regarding the sudden vibration fault of a steam turbine in a self-provided thermal power plant,based on analysis of the fault phenomena,vibration trend and vibration spectrum,the cause was concluded to be blade fracture,and the causes of blade fracture were further analyzed.Considering the stream turbine needs to be resumed for production as soon as possible,through comparison among several schemes,symmetrical blade cutting was selected,and achieved good results after the implementation.
