摘要

催化裂化装置的余热锅炉通过燃烧瓦斯加热烟气,过热装置自产的4.2 MPa和3.5 MPa饱和蒸汽,其中,炉水质量直接关系到蒸汽品质的优劣.基于此,催化裂化装置试用了 JHL120S系列的锅炉水质节能剂.应用数据表明:使用节能剂提高了炉水品质稳定性,降低了炉水排污率,达到节能降耗的目的;同时还能有效控制蒸汽携带,为水汽全系统提供预膜钝化保护,保障装置的长期稳定运行.

Abstract

The waste heat boiler of the catalytic cracking unit heats the flue gas by burning the gas,then heats the 4.2 MPa and 3.5 MPa saturated steam produced by the unit,among which the quality of the furnace water is directly related to the quality of the steam.The JHL120S series boiler water energy saving agent was tried out in catalytic cracking unit.Application data showed that the use of energy saving agent can not only improve the stability of furnace water quality,reduce the boiler water blowdown rate,achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction,but also effectively control the steam carrying,provide pre-film passivation protection for the whole water vapor system,and ensure the long-term stable operation of the unit.
