Energy Paradox:Phenomenon,Causes and Countermeasures
Energy paradox is one of the manifestations of the strategic game of energy security among countries.The existing research on energy paradox can be summarized into three categories:oil security paradox,energy transformation paradox and energy governance paradox.The emergence of energy paradox is rooted in the inequality of the capitalist world economic system,which is directly derived from the strategic game of energy security among countries.Under the background of global energy transformation,the connotation of energy paradox will be enriched.Breaking the energy paradox requires the country to complete the role transformation,concept transformation and practice implementation.For China,in terms of positioning,it is necessary to expand from a single oil importer role to a multi-dimensional role.In terms of concept,it is necessary to expand from"exporting country-importing countr"cooperation to"exporting country-transit country-importing country"cooperation.In practice,we should rely on the"Belt and Road"platform to play a leading role in global energy governance.
