为提升聚丙烯供应链的整体效益,针对现行业务模式难以执行全局性优化的问题,视供应链为一个整体,采用计划优化系列软件(PIMS)开发了两层架构的优化模型,涵盖需求、采购、生产、存储、运输等环节.经验证,PIMS模型结构完整,有效模拟了牌号切换过程.与现行业务模式相比,运用PIMS模型能够实现产销协同,取得显著的全局效益,为整合供应链的各个环节提供了整体数学模型和优化方案.PIMS模型开发所采用的分布式建模方法,较之于供应链优化(SCP)软件具有显著的优势.
Application of XPIMS Model in Collaborative Production and Sales of Polypropylene
In order to improve the overall benefits of supply chain of polypropylene and conquer the difficulty of global optimization in the existing business pattern,the supply chain was considered as a whole,and a two-layer optimization model was developed for the polypropylene supply chain using the PIMS series software,covering demand,procurement,production,storage,transportation,etc.Upon verification,the model has a complete structure and effectively describes the grade transition.Compared to the existing business pattern,applying the model can enable collaborative production and sales,and achieve significant global benefits.The model provides an overall mathematical framework and overall optimization strategy for the supply chain.The distributed development employed in this model has significant advantages over SCP software,making it easy to implement.
