Study on Emission Reduction of Volatile Organic Compounds in Delayed Coking Unit
The process of coking, static dehydration, coke extraction, transportation, storage and loading of petroleum coke in traditional coking units are all open operations, during which the petroleum coke dust pollution and odor gas escaping has serious occupational health and environmental protection risks. In view of the main environmental protection hazards existing in the process links and the existing production equipment of the delayed coking unit, the problems of unorganized exhaust gas discharge and emission of characteristic odor factors and volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are treated in two phases. The problems existing after launch of environmental protection hidden danger management technology are summarized, and follow-up improvement measures are studied to further promote the emission reduction of delayed coking unit VOCs,aiming to realize the harmonious coexistence of human and nature.
