Analysis and Countermeasures of Thermal Combination of Primary Bottom Oil and Catalytic Slurry in Atmospheric and Vacuum Distillation Unit
The atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit of Sinochem Shandong Changyi Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.is designed to process heavy oil.The mismatch of heat exchange networks after the lightening of crude oil properties leads to a few problems such as low final heat transfer temperature of crude oil,and high fuel gas consumption of heating furnace.On the other hand,the catalytic cracking unit,as the main steam production unit of the company,has excess steam capacity.In order to solve the contradiction between the mismatch of the heat exchange network and the excess steam capacity,the company introduced the circulating slurry from the catalytic unit to make heat exchange with the initial bottom oil of atmospheric and vacuum unit to solve a series of problems caused by the change of the nature of raw materials.In view of the problems arose in operation of the system,such as the coking of the heat exchanger tube bundle,the leakage of the seal of the heat exchanger tube box,and the corrosion of the electric couple on the seal surface,which brought certain safety risks to the production and operation of the plant,the company adopted a series of measures including establishing daily control mechanism and upgrading equipment structure material,and successfully resolved the problems brought by the thermal combination of oil and slurry.
