Application of Simulation Optimization Software in Hydrocracking Unit
Based on the simulation optimization software Petro-SIM,the medium pressure hydrocracking model HCR-SIM was established and corrected.The simulation results are of high accuracy,which provides theoretical and data support for the production optimization of the unit.The working conditions of blending catalytic diesel with different proportions were compared with this model.It is found that when the blending ratio reaches 16.0%,the density of mixed raw material exceeds the design requirement,and when the blending ratio is 9.5%,the new hydrogen compressor cannot provide enough hydrogen to meet the needs of the plant reaction.With the increase of blending ratio,the average bed temperature and total bed temperature rise of refining reactor and cracking reactor gradually increased,the hydrogen consumption gradually increased,and the yield and properties of jet fuel and diesel were greatly affected by the properties of catalytic diesel.The industrial practice shows that when the proportion of catalytic diesel is 6.25%,the absolute deviation between the simulation results and the actual operation parameters such as product yield,product properties and reactor average temperature is controlled within 5%.
