Application of Low Nitrogen Combustion Technology in Process Heating Furnace
The application of process heating furnace in chemical industry was introduced,the necessity and feasibility of adopting low NOx combustion technology in heating furnace was proposed,and different types of combustion technology to achieve low NOx emission were discussed.Combined with the case of low NOx combustion transformation of thermal medium heating furnace in polyester industry,the NOx emission before and after the transformation and the benefits brought by the transformation are analyzed.The results show that the application of low NOx combustion technology has very important practical significance for reducing NOx emission of chemical process heating furnace.
