With the acceleration of industrialization,the safety risks of hazardous chemicals in production,transportation and storage have become increasingly prominent.Therefore,it is of great significance to build an efficient and accurate risk monitoring and early warning system to safeguard people's life and property safety and maintain social stability.A framework of risk monitoring and early warning system for hazardous chemicals are designed,the structure function of the system and the problems existing in the system construction are elaborated,the implementation effect of the system are evaluated,and suggestions for optimization are put forward.
