A vibration signal diagnosis was carried out for the high vibration problem of the circulating water pump GA2802B.The analysis results showed that the vibration was related to the excitation force generated by fluid disturbance.Through theoretical calculation and on-site measurement,it was found that the pump was in an"excessive flow"situation,deviating from the design operating point,and its anti-cavitation performance was weakened.This article adopts the transformation method of three-dimensional flow impeller,which completely solves the problem of high vibration and also achieves good energy-saving effects.It not only ensures stable production of the device,but also generates significant economic benefits,providing important reference for similar devices.
