油气管道用大口径三通通常采用拔制方式制作.在内压及管道应力的作用下,三通相贯线部位容易产生应力集中,其内、外圆弧角对改善三通的受力状况起着重要的作用.采用ANSYS软件中的线弹性分析方法,对三通内圆弧角半径、外圆弧角半径与最大等效应力及最大变形的关系做了详细的分析计算,并对三通的外圆弧角半径进行了优化,有效地提高了三通的承载能力.
Structure Analysis and Optimize for Larger Diameter Tee Used for Oil-gas Pipeline
Most of the tee used for oil gas pipeline are made by pull,under the inner pressure and other forces from the pipeline,stress concentration will occur at the intersecting line of branch pipe and main pipe,the inner fillet and outer fillet take an important effect on the intensity of the tee.the linear elastic method is used to make a detail study on the relationship between the fillet radius and the maximum stress and deformation,then an optimization to the outer fillet is done to improved the load bearing capacity of the tee.
