大型四辊卷板机卷板过程应力数值模拟

随着压力容器日益向大型化、高参数化发展的趋势,产生了卷板过程中很难制定四辊卷板机的工艺参数并卷制出符合要求筒节的问题.在ABAQUS中建立辊子和板材的有限元模型,动态模拟卷板机卷板过程中板材和辊子的应力分布,找出了应力的最大位置,得到了辊子及板材的应力分布规律.计算模拟结果表明,上辊和侧辊的应力分布相对于下辊来说较小,板材的最大应力位置始终出现在下辊与卷板交界处,钢板两端存在直边段.
For pressure vessel develops increasingly toward large-scale and high parameter,process parameters of four roller plate bending machine were difficult to specify and rolled plate that meets the requirements was difficult to acquire.The finite element model of roller and plate were established to dynamically simulate the stress distribution of the rolls and plate when rolling plate,to attain the location of maximum stress.Results show that the stress of upper roller and side-roller is less than the lower roller,the maximum is located in the junction of lower roller and plate,and there are straight sections on both side of plate.The study is significantly important to the actual production.
