Smart Oil Pipeline Network Timing Standardization Fragment Inspection Technology Based on Buffer Zone Analysis and Spatial Overlay Analysis
The previous smart oil pipeline network timing standardization fragment inspection technology only performed noise reduction on the collected data,resulting in poor inspection results.Therefore,a smart oil pipeline network timing standardization fragment inspection technology was developed based on buffer zone analysis and spatial overlay analysis.Infrared image-capturing equipment was used to capture the operation process of oil pipeline networks,and the collected data was greyed out,contrast-enhanced and denoised.Using the characteristics of spatial overlay analysis,the pre-processed image data was overlaid,and the features of the overlaid image data were extracted by calculation.Under the action of buffer zone analysis,the inspection path was set to plan a three-dimensional space,and the distance between the inspection point and the virtual line was calculated.A corresponding inspection path planning model was built,and the planned inspection path was evaluated to determine whether the current path met the requirements,thus completing the inspection of standardized fragment of the oil pipeline network timing.Through the above design,the design of a standardized fragment inspection technology for smart oil pipeline network timing was completed.The simulation experiment results show that,compared with the previous smart oil pipeline network timing standardization fragment inspection technology,the designed buffer zone analysis and spatial overlay analysis of the smart oil pipeline network timing standardization fragment inspection technology has a safety index of 0.954,which has a better inspection effect and stronger reliability.
