压电超声腐蚀内检测技术在中缅原油管道工程(国内段)的应用研究

中缅原油管道(国内段)所处地理环境复杂,地质灾害频发,管线起伏落差大,沿线多个阀室安装有旋启止回阀.针对旋启止回阀结构对通过的内检测器造成损伤的问题,优化改进设计了一种基于压电超声技术并具备自保护功能的管道腐蚀内检测器.采用计算机辅助分析方法,模拟仿真得到内检测器通过旋启止回阀过程中,各保护功能模块均能起到良好的保护作用.压电超声腐蚀内检测器在中缅原油管道(国内段)工业现场得到多次成功应用,应用和开挖结果表明,压电超声腐蚀内检测技术及装备完全适用于中缅原油管道(国内段)的工况特点,检测数据准确可靠,对确保中缅原油管道的安全平稳运行提供了新的技术支持和保障.
Research on the Application of Piezoelectric Ultrasonic Corrosion Internal Inspection Technology in China-Myanmar Crude Oil Pipeline Project(Chinese Section)
Due to the frequent occurrence of geological disasters in the geographical environment of the China-Myanmar crude oil pipeline and the large fluctuation of the pipeline,several valve chambers along the pipeline are equipped with swing check valves.To solve the problem that the swing check valve structure causes damage to the inspection tool passing through,an pipeline internal corrosion detector with a self-protection function based on piezoelectric ultrasonic technology was improved and optimized.The computer-aided analysis method was used to simulate the process that the detector can pass through the swing check valve,and each protection function module can play a good role in protection.The inspection tool has been successfully applied in the industrial field of the China-Myanmar crude oil pipeline(Chinese section).Many times,the application and excavation results show that the pipeline internal corrosion detection technology based on piezoelectric ultrasonic technology is fully applicable to the working conditions of China-Myanmar crude oil pipeline(Chinese section),and the detection data is accurate and reliable.It provided new and effective technical support and guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the China-Myanmar crude oil pipeline.
