摘要
某工厂现有圆锥形固体粉料料斗在出料过程中出现下料不畅问题,采用加装自动振动器进行间歇性循环锤击的初步解决方法,但效果不佳.通过分析料斗结构、料斗流型及固体粉料特性等影响料斗下料的因素,认为引起料斗下料不畅的主要原因是料斗倾斜角过小,造成了物料的偏流和沉积.运用改流体概念,提出在料斗内加装整块贯穿式倾斜挡板,加大料斗倾斜角的优化改进方案.改进后彻底解决了料斗下料不畅问题,生产效率大幅提高,现场应用效果良好.
Abstract
During the operation of an existing conical solid powder silo hopper in a plant,there was the problem ofpoor discharging of the materials.Even though the use of automatic vibrators for intermittent cyclic hammering as the initial solution,it was not effective.By analyzing the hopper structure,hopper flow pattern,solid powder properties,and other factors affecting the hopper feeding,the main reason for the problem is that the hopper tilt angle is too small,resulting in the biased flow and deposition of materials.By applying the concept of fluid modification,the optimization and improvement plan of adding a whole piece of penetrating tilting baffle in the hopper and increasing the tilt angle of the hopper was proposed.After the improvements,the problem of poor material discharge from the silo hopper has been solved,the production efficiency has been greatly improved,and the field application results are acceptable.
