天然气净化厂噪声特征分析及降噪方法研究

某天然气净化厂日常生产噪声加权声压级超过GB 12348-2008《工业企业厂界环境噪声排放标准》中3类声功能环境区噪声环境限值,对该厂主要噪声源进行识别和现场声压级监测,分析确定主要噪声源设备及其噪声频谱特征.简化天然气净化厂噪声源,应用声音传播理论设计和计算降噪声屏障结构,采用噪声控制分析软件模拟验证降噪效果.经验证,所用下部砖墙+上部彩钢吸声板组合结构声屏障能够将净化厂噪声控制在55 dB(A)以下,达到噪声排放国家标准要求.
Analysis on Noise Characteristics and Noise Reduction Method Research of Natural Gas Purification Plant
The noise level of a natural gas purification plant in the daily production process exceeds the noise environmental limit requirements of Class 3 acoustic functional environment area of GB 12348-2008"Industrial Enterprise Boundary Environmental Noise Emission Standard".In order to solve the problem of excessive noise in the purification plant,on-site noise monitoring was conducted for the natural gas purification plant,the main noise source equipment and noise value were determined,and the noise reduction effect was simulated by analyzing the noise reduction mechanism and inputting the noise source noise and noise value into the noise control analysis software.The noise reduction effect was analyzed and evaluated,and then the simulation analysis of the noise control scheme of the purification plant was carried out to control the noise of the purification plant below 55 dB(A)and meet the requirements of the national standard for noise emission.
