Study on Heat Transfer and Flow Resistance Performance and Process Calculation Method of Spiral Twisted Flat Tube
Spiral twisted flat tube is a kind of non-standard heat exchange tube,mature commercial software for heat exchanger calculation,such as HTRI,Aspen EDR,etc.have not yet provided the corresponding calculation model,and there are problems such as non-uniformity and large deviation in the existing calculation methods.Taking the spiral twisted flat tube as an object,the heat transfer and flow resistance performance of the tube was studied through numerical simulation calculations and experimental tests,and a system of generalized calculation methods for the heat transfer and flow resistance performance of the spiral flat tube was established by comprehensively utilizing the HTRI heat transfer calculation software.Comparison of the generalized calculation results,numerical simulation analysis data and experimental test data is carried out to verify the accuracy of the generalized calculation method,which is of guiding significance for the process design of spiral twisted flat tube.
