某公司4.5 Mt/a重油催化裂化装置主风机组中的能量回收设备烟气轮机存在着效率低的问题.回顾了再生烟气能量回收系统构成和烟气轮机设计参数,排查了可能的原因,确定了烟气轮机节流优化目标,应用新型高效弯扭复合叶型、静叶组件应用内外环固定的两端支撑方式,以及通过降低动叶片高度来提升安全裕度等多项新技术制定了烟气轮机叶片和流道结构优化方案.方案实施后应用效果良好,解决了现存技术问题的同时降低了设备电能能耗,取得了较好的经济效益.
Performance Improvement and Technology Modification of Flue Gas Turbine
A low-efficiency problem existed in the flue gas turbine of the energy recovery system in the main wind turbine of a 4.5 Mt/a heavy oil catalytic cracking unit of a company.After reviewing the composition of the regenerative flue gas energy recovery system and the design parameters of the flue gas turbine,the possible causes of the problem were investigated and the target of the flue gas turbine throttling optimization was determined.A series of new technologies,such as the new high-efficiency curved and twisted composite vane type,the application of the static vane assembly of the inner and outer ring-fixed two-end support method,and the improvement of safety margins by lowering the dynamic vane height,etc.,were applied in the development of the optimization of the vane and flow path structure.After the implementation of the program,the application effect was achieved,which solved the existing technical problems,reduced the electric power consumption of the equipment,and achieved good economic benefits.
