Summary and Discussion of Typical Defects in Compressor Lube Oil System Configuration and Management
The series standards of API 614"Lubrication,Shaft-Sealing,and Oil-Control Systems and Auxil-iaries"is an important basis for the configuration and management of compressor unit lubricating oil systems in China's refining and chemical enterprises.In 2022,the latest version of API 614 was released.It summarizes the common shortcomings in the configuration,installation,and management of key components such as accu-mulators,one-way valves,safety valves,and self-regulating valves in the lubricating oil system of compressor units in domestic refining enterprises in recent years.In conjunction with API 614-2022 and API614-2008,the reasons for the failures and possible solutions were discussed.With regard to static troubleshooting,key points that are easily overlooked were highlighted.Suggestions were given for setting the compressor unit in-terlocking delay according to the situation.
