变压吸附器应力分析与强度评定

基于JB/T 4732-1995(2005年确认)《钢制压力容器——分析设计标准》,采用有限元法,对1台变压吸附器进行设计压力和工作压力下的应力分布分析和强度评定.应力分析结果表明,在设计压力和工作压力下,变压吸附器的最大应力均出现在上接管与封头的连接处外侧.对变压吸附器应力集中部位和筒体进行的线性化强度评定结果表明,在设计压力和工作压力下,变压吸附器应力强度计算值均小于应力强度许用极限,均满足应力强度要求.建议在应力集中部位进行补强处理,以确保变压吸附器长周期安全稳定运行.
Stress Analysis and Strength Evaluation of Pressure Swing Absorber
Based on JB/T 4732-1995(Confirmed in 2005)"Steel Pressure Vessels——Design by Analysis",the stress distribution and strength evaluation of a pressure swing absorber under design pressure and working pressure were analyzed using the finite element method.The stress analysis results show that the maximum stress of the pressure swing absorber occurs at the outside of the connection between the top tube and the head under design pressure and working pressure.The results of the linearisation strength evaluation of the stress concentration parts and cylinders of the pressure swing absorber show that the calculated values of the stress strength of the pressure swing absorber are less than the allowable limit of the stress strength under the design pressure and the working pressure and that the stress intensity requirements are met.It is recommended to carry out a reinforcement treatment at the stress concentration site to ensure the safe and stable operation of the pressure swing absorber for a long time.
