Analysis of Heat Dissipation Loss of High Temperature Flanges and Pipelines in Oil Refinery
High temperature flanges and pipelines in oil refineries are important equipment components.Taking a wax oil hydrocracking unit as an example,the heat dissipation loss of the high temperature flanges and the high temperature piplines in the reactor were calculated and analyzed.The analysis results show that the influence of wind speed and the difference between the surface temperature of the flanges and the ambient temperature should be fully considered when calculating the heat dissipation loss of the flanges.Methods such as improving the rain cover of high temperature flanges and regularly maintaining the insulation layer of high temperature pipelines were suggested to effectively reduce heat dissipation loss of high temperature flanges and pipelines.
