摘要

为减少热交换器管束抽装时的阻力,避免损坏折流板和支持板,在直径较大、管束较重或管束较长的U形管式、浮头式热交换器中宜使用滚轮装置.提出了一种热交换器管束用滚轮装置结构,介绍了其设计计算步骤,并列举了一些常用滚轮规格尺寸,对热交换器设计具有一定参考意义.

Abstract

In order to reduce the resistance of the heat exchanger tube bundle during removal and installation,and to avoid damage to the baffles and support plates,roller devices should be used in U-tube and floating head heat exchangers with large diameter,heavy,or long tube bundles.A roller device for heat exchanger tube bundles was proposed,the design and calculation procedure were introduced,and some commonly used roller sizes were listed,which have some reference for heat exchanger design.
