摘要
液化天然气(LNG)是一种清洁环保能源,需求量在不断增长.船船之间、船岸之间的LNG传输方式渐趋多样,如何选择LNG 传输方式成为相关工程项目的关键.用于船岸连接的LNG传输方式一般包括卸料臂和软管传输系统,以船并靠方式为例,从典型构造布局、安全系统、物理参数、工作环境条件、设计规范等方面介绍对比了卸料臂与软管传输系统的异同,探讨了2种传输方式主要优缺点.可为工程项目中LNG传输方式的选择及应用提供参考.
Abstract
Liquefied natural gas(LNG)is a clean and environmentally friendly energy source,and demand is growing.The LNG transfer modes of ship-to-ship and ship-to-shore are becoming more diverse,and the selection of LNG transfer modes has become the key to related engineering projects.The LNG transfer modes used for ship-to-shore connection generally include marine loading arm and flexible hose transfer system.Taking ship docking mode as an example,the similarities and differences between marine loading arm and flexible hose transfer system are introduced and compared from the aspects of typical structure layout,safety system,physical parameters,working environment conditions,design specifications,etc.,and the main advantages and disadvantages of the two transfer modes are discussed.It can provide reference for the selection and application of LNG transfer mode in engineering projects.
