Application of Large-scale Modular Prefabrication Construction in Transformation of Atmospheric and Vacuum Unit
The overhaul and transformation of petrochemical equipment is usually fraught with problems such as tight schedule, heavy workloads, severe overlapping of various construction elements, and high construction difficulty. In the overhaul and transformation construction of a 3.3 million t/a atmospheric and vacuum unit, the core steel structure frame was divided into several modules.Based on the actual conditions such as the working space and the shutdown cycle of the equipment,large-scale lifting equipment was rationally used, and large-scale modular prefabrication was adopted. The idea of overall lifting was adopted, and each construction process was rationally carried out in a limited space, and more than 70%of the module prefabrication was completed before the atmospheric and vacuum equipment was shut down. The lifting module was analyzed based on the finite element model, and the center of gravity of the lifting module was accurately determined,a large frame-type lifting balance beam was set up,and the stress concentration areas of the module were accurately reinforced. The construction time using large-scale modular prefabrication is only 1/3 to 1/2 of the traditional construction time, and it has promotion and application value in the construction of similar units.
