摘要
对四川省近几年在用锅炉能效测试工作中遇到的燃用燃料问题、受热面变更、燃烧状况不稳定及燃烧设备问题、锅炉辅助设备及系统配置不合理等典型问题进行分类归纳和分析探讨.从使用、制造和监管等环节,结合法规标准和工作经验提出了相应的对策建议.对提高在用锅炉能效测试工作质量,保障锅炉节能高效运行具有一定的指导作用.
Abstract
The typical problems were summarized and analyzed from the energy efficiency test of boilers in Sichuan Province in recent years,such as inconsistent fuel,heating surface rearrangement,unstable combustion condition,combustion equipment problems,and unreasonable configuration of boiler auxiliary equipment and system.Based on the regulations,standards,and working experience,some suggestions have been made for users,manufacturers,and supervisors.The guiding effect on improving the work quality of energy efficiency test and ensuring energy saving and efficient operation of boilers in use has been achieved.
