催化裂化装置第三旋风分离器至烟气轮机入口高温烟气管道为烟气能量回收系统的主要环节,对实现装置节能环保具有重要意义.根据某炼化公司催化裂化装置高温烟气管道焊缝开裂情况,从多方面对开裂原因进行了分析总结,认为低温露点腐蚀、材料σ相脆化、高温蠕变、保温不当及应力集中等是造成管道开裂的主要原因.结合催化裂化装置运行实际情况,提出了加强焊缝、记录膨胀节及支吊架变形、改善保温以及选用适宜焊条等应对措施,对催化裂化装置的平稳运行具有借鉴意义.
Causes Analysis and Countermeasures for Cracking of Welds in the Flue Gas Pipe of Catalytic Cracking Units
The high temperature flue gas pipe from the third cyclone separator to the inlet of the flue gas turbine is an important part of the flue gas energy recovery system,which is of great significance in realising the energy saving and environmental protection of the catalytic cracking unit.According to the cracking situation of the high temperature flue gas pipe in the catalytic unit of a refinery company,the causes of cracking were analyzed and summarised from various aspects.It is concluded that low temperature dew point corrosion,σ embrittlement of materials,high temperature creep,improper insulation and stress concentration are the main causes of pipe cracking.According to the actual operation of the catalytic cracking unit,some countermeasures were proposed,such as strengthening the weld,recording the deformation of the expansion joint and support hanger,improving the thermal insulation and selecting the appropriate welding rod,which have reference significance for the smooth operation of the catalytic cracking unit.
