Calculation and Analysis of Heat Transfer Area of Low-temperature Printed Plate Heat Exchangers for Liquefied Natural Gas Gasification
The study focused on the heat transfer module of the low-temperature printed plate heat exchanger, which is utilized in the boil off gas cooling and liquefied natural gas gasification processes.By calculating the heat transfer of the printed plate heat exchanger based on the operation process parameters and combining it with the finite element analysis of the heat exchange core stress, the finite element analysis results and heat transfer review calculation results were mutually verified to ensure the rationality of the heat transfer area of the printed plate heat exchanger and to meet the process parameter requirements of the design operation conditions.Furthermore,it can meet the requirements of heat transfer model calculation and analysis design standards and specifications, thereby innovating the structural design concept of printed heat exchangers.
