摘要

加氢反应器是加氢装置的关键设备,其顶部法兰安装时的密封技术要求高、难度大.吸取某300 万t/a柴油加氢装置加氢反应器首次开工时法兰密封泄漏及维修缺少充分技术准备的教训,从密封结构特点出发确定了泄漏类型为密封压紧面泄漏,从螺栓预紧力矩计算、法兰密封槽和螺栓及垫片检查修复、法兰槽研磨及配合精度检查、紧固等方面细化安装程序和要求,在同类型加氢反应器法兰密封过程中严格落实,取得了良好应用效果,积累了成功经验.

Abstract

The hydrogenation reactor represents a key equipment component of the hydrogenation unit.The sealing technology required for the top flange installation is of a high and difficult standard.In light of the inadequate technical preparation for flange sealing,leakage,and maintenance during the inaugural operation of a 3 million t/a diesel hydrogenation reactor,the leakage type was identified as sealing pressure surface leakage,based on the characteristics of the sealing structure.The installation procedures and requirements were refined through the calculation of bolt pre-tightening torque,inspection and repair of flange sealing grooves,bolts,and gaskets,grinding and fitting accuracy inspection of flange grooves,and tightening.The implementation of the aforementioned procedures was carried out with the utmost rigor in the flange-sealing process of the same type of hydrogenation reactor.This resulted in the achievement of favorable outcomes and the accumulation of successful experience.
