Quantitative Risk Assessment and Application of Storage Tank Under the Influence of Multiple Factors
A comprehensive quantitative risk assessment method was proposed,which considers multiple factors through the identification and analysis of storage tank risks.The initial score for the tank was determined on the basis of the inspection results for the tank body and its accessories.Subsequently,an overall adjustment coefficient was calculated,taking into account the factors that influence the safety management of the tank.Ultimately,a comprehensive risk score was generated to ascertain the tank's risk level.A quantitative risk assessment method was employed to evaluate the risk levels of three storage tanks with disparate tank capacities and service years,and corresponding safety management measures were proposed.The implementation of a quantitative risk assessment method can enhance the precision of storage tank risk assessment,establish a theoretical foundation for the quantification of storage tank safety status,and guarantee the secure operation of storage tanks.
