针对某石化芳烃装置再生风机故障,从风机振动快变、轴承失效等方面开展数据分析和分类排查,并综合运用动、静专业监检测技术手段,对轴承失效的发生发展过程进行分析描述,最终判定导致风机异常停机的原因是轴承安装质量和保持架材质问题.案例表明,确保合规的轴承安装方式和安装质量,以及选用满足塑性和韧性要求的保持架材质,能有效避免风机轴承故障的发生,可为设备预防维护和安装检查提供借鉴.
Aiming at the failure of the regeneration fan of a petrochemical aromatics complex unit,data analysis and classification investigation are carried out from the aspects of rapid changesin fan vibration,bearing failure and so on.Professional monitoring and testing techniques in both dynamic and static fieldsare utilized comprehensively to analyze and describe the occurrence and development process of bearing failure.Ultimately,it is determined that the abnormal shutdown of the fan is caused by issues concerning the installation quality of the bearing and the material of the retaining frame.This case indicates that ensuring compliant bearing installation methods and installation quality,as well as selecting the retaining frame material that meets the plasticity and toughness requirements,can effectively prevent fan bearing failures.This can provide reference for preventive maintenance and installation inspections of the equipment.
