摘要
文章介绍了机械清焦的原理,对比了机械清焦和传统蒸汽-空气烧焦的优缺点,并以机械清焦技术在某石化公司常减压蒸馏(Ⅱ)装置减压炉上的应用为例,详细叙述了机械清焦的操作步骤.对该减压炉清焦过程各路炉管的流量和压力进行了测试,结果显示:机械清焦后,减压炉炉膛顶辐射温度平均下降58.3 ℃,炉管表面温度平均下降10.3 ℃,炉管分支进料压力平均下降0.20 MPa,燃料气耗量(标准状态)下降333 m3/h.上述结果表明,机械清焦效果显著,消除了减压炉运行瓶颈,可确保减压炉长周期安全稳定运行.
Abstract
This paper presents the principles of mechanical decoking and compares the advantages and disadvantages of mechanical decoking technology with thetraditional steam-air decoking method Taking the application of mechanical decoking technology in the vacuum furnace of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation(Ⅱ)unit in one petrochemical company as an example,the paper expatiates onthe operation steps of mechanical decoking.Flow and pressure tests are carried out on all lines of the furnace tubes during the decoking process of this vacuum furnace.And the results show that after mechanical decoking,the average decrease in radiation temperature at the fire box top of the vacuum furnace is 58.3℃;the average decrease in surface temperature of the furnace tube is 10.3℃;the average decrease in feed pressure of the branch of the furnace tube is 0.20 MPa,and the fuel gas consumption(standard state)is decreased by 333 m3/h.The above results indicate that mechanical decoking is effective and it eliminates the bottleneck of the vacuum furnace operation.This can ensure the long-period safe and stable operation of the vacuum furnace.
