选择性加氢技术在丁二烯高炔尾气回收中的应用

摘要
丁二烯抽提装置排放的高炔烃含量尾气,因富含危险物质乙烯基乙炔,故使用大量丁烷或丁烯稀释后排放至火炬系统,造成资源浪费又产生温室气体.通过使用选择性加氢技术,将尾气中的炔烃、二烯烃加氢转化为丁烯.加氢后的碳四产品可作为下游装置的原料,也可对外出售.该装置每年回收高炔尾气14 368 t,税后年净利润约为1 206万元.运行效果表明:该选择性加氢装置的投产运行,减少排放至火炬的尾气量,有利于碳减排,又能创造一定的经济效益.
Abstract
The high-alkyne exhaust gas from butadiene extraction unit is rich in vinyl acetylene,a hazardous substance,so a significant amount of butane or butene is used to dilute the exhaust gas before it is discharged to the flare system,resulting in waste of resources and greenhouse gas emissions.Through the use of selective hydrogenation technology,the alkynes and dienes in exhaust gas are hydrogenated to butene.The hydrogenated C4 products can be used as raw materials for downstream units or sold externally.The system recovers approximately 14,368 tons of high alkyne exhaust gas per year,generating an after-tax net profit of approximately 12.06 million yuan per year.The operation of the selective hydrogenation unit reduces the emission of exhaust gas to the flare system,which is beneficial for carbon emission reduction and creates significant economic benefits.
