摘要

LDPE与EVA同属乙烯下游聚合物,目前两者主流生产工艺多采用国外专利技术,EVA与LDPE聚合装置重合度较高,部分LDPE装置可切换生产EVA,随着国内用于光伏、涂覆、热熔胶、太阳膜等高VA含量的EVA需求大增,国内多套LDPE/EVA装置规划建设中.文中通过系统总结国内5套LDPE(EVA)装置建设较总体统筹滞后原因,分析项目关键路径实施过程中各阶段存在的问题,提出项目实施策划建议,为后续同类型建设项目的执行提供借鉴,保证项目实施进度可控.

Abstract

LDPE and EVA are both downstream polymers of ethylene plant.Currently,foreign patented technologies are mostly adopted as the mainstream production processes for both of them.EVA and LDPE polymerization plants are highly overlapped,and some LDPE plants can be switched to EVA production.With the increasing domestic demand for EVA with high VA content used in photovoltaics,coating,hot melt adhesives,solar films and other applications,multiple LDPE/EVA plants are being planned and constructed in China.This article systematically summarizes the reasons for the lag in the construction of five domestic LDPE(EVA)plants compared to the overall planning,analyzes the problems in each stage of the implementation of the projects'critical paths,and proposes some suggestions for the implementation planning of the projects,providing reference for the execution of subsequent similar construction projects and ensuring that the project implementation schedule is controllable.
