将法律、合规、风险、内控、制度等企业管理要素整合,形成"N位一体"的综合性管理管控体系已经成为融合提升管理效能的共识.文中总结和提炼了某工程建设公司在构建"五位一体"管理监督评价机制过程中,法律、合规、风险、内控、制度互相融合的实践经验,为企业管理者提供建设思路和思考.
Abstract
The integration of enterprise management elements,such as law,compliance,risk,internal control and system to formulate an"n-in-1"comprehensive management and control system has become a consensus to improve management efficiency.This article summarizes and refines the experience of an engineering company in the integration of law,compliance,risk,internal control and system during the establishment of a"five-in-one"management,supervision and evaluation system,and provides some constructive ideas for enterprise managers.
