从产品经理视角探析炼化工程"三新"项目管理

摘要
经过近百年的发展,产品经理理念先后被技术研发、高端制造、信息科技等高新技术企业和钢铁、军工、化工等传统企业引入并获得了成功.当前国际环境复杂多变,国内大循环的趋势促使我国的炼化工程领域正由面向石油化工、炼制等传统能源向新能源、新材料、新经济等"三新"领域的工程建设快速迈进.面对"三新"项目在研发、设计、制造、建设中的诸多新挑战,文章在借鉴传统炼化工程项目管理的基础上,从产品经理视角探析炼化工程"三新"项目管理新理念.
Abstract
After nearly a century of development,the concept of product manager has been continuously introduced and successfully achieved by high-tech enterprises in fields such as technology research and development,high-end manufacturing and information technology as well as traditional enterprises in fields of steel,military and chemical industries.The current international environment is complex and severe,and the situation of the domestic circulation has prompted China's refining engineering field to rapidly move from engineering construction for traditional energy sources such as petroleum refining and petrochemicals to engineering construction in three'new fields',i.e.,new energy,new materials and new economy.Faced with many new challenges in research,design,manufacturing,construction and other aspects of projects in the three"new fields",this article explores the new project management concept in the three'new fields'of refining projects from the perspective of product managers by referring to the management of traditional refining engineering projects.
