By analyzing the reasons for power frequency failure on the driving side of high-pressure liquid ammonia pump,this paper concludes that the high-pressure liquid ammonia pump has the problem of rotor dynamic unbalance.By improving the dynamic balance driving method for the rotor and rationally selecting dynamic balance check speed,the dynamic unbalance is successfully reduced to below the maximum dynamic unbalance allowed by design,thus solving the abnormal vibration problem on the driving side of the high-pressure liquid ammonia pump.
