摘要

普光气田12列高含硫天然气净化处理装置尾气焚烧炉余热锅炉,由于原设计燃烧后的烟气含硫量高(在400~800 mg/m3),导致烟气酸露点温度高,所以余热锅炉原设计排烟温度较高,导致整个余热锅炉热效率偏低,只有62%~70%.但焚烧炉实际运行的烟气含硫量在150~370 mg/m3,实际的酸露点温度在185 ℃以下.因此提出了根据烟气含硫量动态预测排烟酸露点温度的算法,建立焚烧炉和余热锅炉的热分析平台,并针对"两进一出"特殊水侧流程的余热锅炉过热器吸热量远大于蒸发器和省煤器的情况,提出"必须同时增加过热器和省煤器才可保证蒸汽品质"的思路,给出了不同工况下动态降低排烟温度的改造方案,可以实时控制合理排烟温度防止酸露点腐蚀,最大程度回收焚烧炉烟气的热能,实现保证过热蒸汽产量和品质的情况下年节约燃气量3.69%.

Abstract

In the original design of the waste heat boiler of tail gas incinerator in the high sour natural gas purification units in Puguang Gas Field,high sulfur content(about 400-800 mg/m3)of the flue gas after combustion leads to high acid dew point temperature of flue gas,so the designed flue gas temperature of waste heat boiler is high,resulting in low thermal efficiency(only about 62%-70%)of the entire waste heat boiler.However,the sulfur content of the flue gas during actual operation of the incinerator is about 150-370 mg/m3,so the actual acid dew point temperature is below 185 ℃.Therefore,an algorithm is proposed to dynamically predict the acid dew point temperature of flue gas according to the sulfur content of flue gas,and a thermal analysis platform is established for incinerators and waste heat boilers.Since the heat absorption of the superheater of waste heat boiler in the special water-side process of"two intakes and one outtakes"is far greater than that of evaporator and economizer,the idea that"the steam quality can be ensured only by simultaneously installing superheater and economizer"is proposed.The transformation scheme of dynamically reducing the flue gas temperature under different working conditions is given,which can control the reasonable flue gas temperature in real time to prevent acid dew point corrosion,maximize the recovery of heat energy of the flue gas from incinerator,and realize an annual gas saving of 3.69%while ensuring the production and quality of superheated steam.
